This series is created in accordance with Acts of Ala., 1975, Sec. 22-26-3, which was amended in 1982 to require ADEM to review and approve specifications and plans for waste treatment facilities. These specifications are detailed technical reports describing the construction or alteration of the facility or system. Plans for these facilities are filed separately but have the same number as the corresponding specifications.
